拆除 Drum Cartridge (Y,M,C) 和 Developer Housing Assembly (Y,M,C)，虚弄 Front Cover Interlock Switch 和 Front Cover Open Switch。
进入 Diag，打开 YMC Drum/Deve Motor 的 Chain-Link。
· Mid model ： DC330[042-008]
· Low model ： DC330[042-010]
YMC Drum/Deve Motor 是否旋转 ?
关闭电源， 拔出电源插头。 检查以下的断线、 短路或接触不良。
· Motor Drive PWB J426 到 YMC Drum/Deve Motor J203 之间
· Motor Drive PWB J427 到 YMC Drum/Deve Motor J213 之间
检查后若无问题， 则依序更换下列零件。 但在更换各个零件时应确认是否发生故障， 并将没有问题的零件恢复原位。
· Main Drive Assembly (PL 3.1)
· Motor Drive PWB (PL 18.2)
关闭电源，安装 Drum Cartridge (Y,M,C) 和 Developer Housing Assembly (Y,M,C)。
打开电源，进入 Diag，打开 YMC Drum/Deve Motor 的 Chain-Link。
· Mid model ： DC330[042-008]
· Low model ： DC330[042-010]
YMC Drum/Deve Motor 是否旋转 ?
检查 Drum Cartridge (Y,M,C) 与 Developer Housing Assembly (Y,M,C) 的负荷。
关闭电源，拔出电源插头。检查 YMC Drum/Deve Motor J213-4 到 Motor Drive PWB J427-B3之间的断线、短路或接触不良。
若检查无问题，更换 Motor Drive PWB。(PL 18.2) |
