Cause/Action
Check the following:
The installation position of the Toner Cartridge for the applicable color.
The installation position of Toner Cartridge CRUM for the applicable color.
The Toner Cartridge CRUM of the applicable color connection terminal for contamination.
If no problem is found, replace the following parts in sequence: However, each time a parts is replaced, check whether the Fail is still occurring and return the part if it has no problems.
Toner Cartridge of the applicable color (PL 5.2, PL 5.4)
Toner CRUM Coupler Assembly of the applicable color (PL 5.2, PL 5.4) |
