Description
VBO communication error between the upper-level ASIC and the LPH Assembly has occurred during LPH startup.
Fault Code
060-376: LPH DL VBO Fail Y
060-377: LPH DL VBO Fail M
060-378: LPH DL VBO Fail C
060-379: LPH DL VBO Fail K
NOTE
This Fail is the Sub System Fail and when this Fail occurs, +24VDC_C13 and +24VDC_Intlk will be cut off. (Refer to BSD CH1.8, CH1.10, CH1.13)
Cause/Action
Turn the power OFF and ON.
If the problem persists after Power OFF then ON, refer to BSD and check the following:
The Flat Cable between the Halftone PWB and the applicable LPH Assembly for open circuit, short circuit, and poor contact.
Improper installation of the applicable LPH Assembly.
Any noise source around the Device and any abnormal electrical discharge in the Device.
The connectors (P/J335, P/J451) between the Controller PWB, BP PWB, and Halftone PWB for poor contact, damage, and foreign matter.
If no problem is found, replace the following parts in sequence: However, each time a parts is replaced, check whether the Fail is still occurring and return the part if it has no problems.

Applicable LPH Assembly (PL 2.1, PL 2.2)
Half Tone PWB (PL 18.8, PL 18.10)
