Procedure
After taking note of the NVM values of the following Alignment Customer Adjustment Values,
set all the values to "0" and output the Image (the Image does not matter).
NVM[759-554 ~ 577]
NVM[742-109 ~ 123]
Is a Fail displayed?
Y N
Return the Customer Adjustment Value to the original value sequentially and check for
Fail occurrence at all times. When a Fail occurs, set the applicable Customer Adjustment Value to a small value.
After taking note of the offset NVM values of the following Side Registration, Side 1/Side 2 Slow Scan Reduce/Enlarge Ratio, and Side 1/Side 2 Slow Scan Skew, set all the values to "0" and output the Image (the Image does not matter).
NVM[759-518 ~ 521]
NVM[742-001 ~ 007, 016, 021 ~ 027, 036]
Is a Fail displayed?
Y N
Return the NVM Value to the original value sequentially and check for Fail occurrence at all times. When a Fail occurs, set the applicable NVM Value to a small value.
Perform DC675 Registration Control Setup Cycle (ADJ 18.1.5) and the color with the most correction amount of each Correction Factor (Fast Scan Margin, Slow Scan Margin, Skew) will be the applicable color. |
