Check the following:
The Face Up Exit Sensor (DC330 [077-112]) for operation failure. (PL 17.5)
The Exit 2 Drive Motor (DC330 [077-060/061] (Output/Intake)) for operation failure. (PL 17.4)
Face Up Gate for operation failure (including an operation failure of the Face Up Gate Solenoid (DC330 [077-004])). (PL 17.5)
The Face Up Gate for deformation. (PL 17.5)
The Invert Roll, Face Up In Roll, and Pinch Roll for contamination, wear, and transportation failure due to deterioration.
Each Drive Gear for wear and damage.
Transportation failure due to foreign matter on the paper path.
Usage of out of spec paper.
If no problem is found, replace the following parts in sequence: However, each time a parts is replaced, check whether the Fail is still occurring and return the part if it has no problems.
