Check the following:
[When Paper Lead Edge has not reached the Exit Gate (LH side)]
The Regi Sensor (DC330 [077-103]) for operation failure. (PL 14.4)
The Duplex Motor (DC330 [077-071]) for operation failure. (PL 14.3)
The Duplex Trans Roll 1 to 3 for contamination, wear, and transportation failure due to deterioration.
The Drive Gear for wear and damage.
Transportation failure due to foreign matter on the paper path.
The belt for disengagement.
Usage of out of spec paper.
If no problem is found, replace the Motor Drive PWB. (PL 18.2, PL 18.5)

The Exit 1 Gate Solenoid (DC330 [077-003]) for operation failure. (PL 17.4)
The Exit Gate for improper positioning and deformation.
The Exit Gate for weakening spring force.
The Fusing Unit Exit Chute for improper positioning.
Usage of out of spec paper.
If no problem is found, replace the Motor Drive PWB. (PL 18.2, PL 18.5) |
