After the Fusing Unit Exit Sensor On, the Fusing Unit Exit Sensor turned OFF before the specified time has passed. |
| 故障排查: |
Check the following:
The Fusing Unit for wound up, stuck paper.
The Fusing Unit Exit Sensor (DC330 [077-101]) for operation failure. (PL 7.1)
The Fusing Unit Drive Motor for operation failure. (PL 3.1, PL 3.2)
- High model: DC330 [010-001]
- Mid/Low model: DC330 [010-002]
The Exit 2 Drive Motor (DC330 [077-060/061] (Output/Intake)) for operation failure. (PL 17.4)
The Exit Roll 1, Invert Roll, Exit Roll 2, Face Up In Roll, Face Up Roll, and Pinch Roll for contamination, wear, and transportation failure due to deterioration.
The Exit Gate for operation failure (including an operation failure of the Exit 1 Gate Solenoid (DC330 [077-003])). (PL 17.4)
Face Up Gate for operation failure (including an operation failure of the Face Up Gate Solenoid (DC330 [077-004])). (PL 17.5)
Each Drive Gear for wear and damage.
Transportation failure due to foreign matter on the paper path.
Usage of out of spec paper.
If no problem is found, replace the Motor Drive PWB. (PL 18.2, PL 18.5) |
