Check the following:
The Tray 1 Level Sensor (DC330 [071-102]) for operation failure. (PL 9.8)
The Tray 1 Lever Position Sensor (DC330 [071-106]) for operation failure. (PL 9.8)
The Tray 1 Feed/Lift Motor (DC330 [071-002] (Lift Up)) for operation failure. (PL 9.8)
Tray 1 Paper Size Sensor (DC330 [071-104]) for operation failure. (PL 9.1, PL 9.2)
The drive system between the Bottom Plate and the Tray 1 Feed/Lift Motor for operation failure.
The Tray for Paper mis-loading
The End Guide and Side Guide for misalignment.
The Tray inner side for wound up, stuck paper.
The Tray bottom for disengaged link.
NOTE
If the link is disengaged, it could get snagged more easily when the Tray is being pulled out.
The Tray for existence of objects other than Paper.
If no problem is found, replace the Motor Drive PWB. (PL 18.2, PL 18.5) |
