Procedure
[High model]
Remove the Rear Cover and the PWB Cover from the IIT and measure the voltage between the IIT Trans PWB J720-1 and J720-2.
+24 VDC?
Y N
Turn OFF the power and disconnect the power plug. Check the connection between the LVPS CC4 J504 and the IIT Trans PWB J720 for open circuit, short circuit, and poor contact.
If no problem is found, go to 2.2.2.5 (High model) +24 VDC Power FIP.
Replace the IIT Trans PWB. (PL 1.3)
Procedure
[Mid-H model]
Remove the Rear Cover and the PWB Cover from the IIT and measure the voltage between the IIT Trans PWB J720-1 and J720-2.
+24 VDC?
Y N
Turn OFF the power and disconnect the power plug. Check the connection between the LVPS CP1U J502 and the IIT Trans PWB J720 for open circuit, short circuit, and poor contact.
If no problem is found, go to 2.2.2.5 (Mid model) +24 VDC Power FIP.
Replace the IIT Trans PWB. (PL 1.3, PL 1.9)

[Mid-M model]
Remove the Rear Cover from the IIT and measure the voltage between the IIT Trans PWB J720-1 and J720-2.
+24VDC?

Turn OFF the power and disconnect the power plug. Check the connection between the LVPS CP1U J502 and the IIT Trans PWB J720 for open circuit, short circuit, and poor contact.
If no problem is found, go to 2.2.2.5 (Mid model) +24 VDC Power FIP.
Replace the IIT Trans PWB. (PL 1.9)
Procedure
[Low model]
Remove the Rear Cover from the IIT and measure the voltage between the IIT Trans PWB
J720-1 and J720-2.
+24VDC?

Turn OFF the power and disconnect the power plug. Check the connection between the LVPS CCL J505 and the IIT Trans PWB J720 for open circuit, short circuit, and poor contact.
If no problem is found, go to 2.2.2.5 (Low model) +24 VDC Power FIP.
Replace the IIT Trans PWB. (PL 1.9) |
