1. Turn the power OFF and ON.
2. Turn OFF the power and disconnect the power plug. Check the following:
The connection between the Motor Driver Main PWB J492 and J493, and the HCF PWB for open circuit, short circuit, and poor contact.
The Drawer Connector (DP800/DJ678) between the Main Unit and the HCF for poor contact, broken/bent pins, burn damage, and foreign matter.
The connection between the Motor Drive PWB J405 and the Halftone PWB J481 for open circuit, short circuit, and poor contact.
The connectors (P/J335, P/J451) between the Controller PWB, BP PWB, and Halftone PWB for poor contact, damage, and foreign matter.
The power supply voltage at the HCF.
3. If no problem is found, replace the following parts in sequence. However, each time a parts is replaced, check whether the Fail is still occurring and return the part if it has no problems.
Motor Drive PWB (PL 18.2, PL 18.5)
Controller PWB (PL 35.2)
Half Tone PWB (PL 18.8, PL 18.10) |
