Check the following:
The Exit 2 OCT Home Position Sensor DC330 [077-110] for operation failure. (PL 17.4)
The Exit 2 OCT Motor (DC330 [077-047/048] (Front/Rear)) for operation failure. (PL 17.4)
The Exit 2 OCT Home Position Sensor for contamination and improper installation.
The OCT 2 Chute for improper installation.
The Exit 2 OCT Motor for gear blockage and damaged gear.
The Exit 2 Chute Assembly Shaft for flaking HANARL (lubricant). (PL 17.4)
If no problem is found, replace the following parts in sequence. However, each time a parts is replaced, check whether the Fail is still occurring and return the part if it has no problems.

Motor Drive PWB (PL 18.2, PL 18.5)
