(Low/Mid-M model) DADF Simplex/Side 1 Regi Sensor On Jam
故障原因:
After Pre Regi operation has started (Feed Motor On (CCW)), the DADF Regi Sensor did not turn ON within the specified time.
故障排查:
Check the following:
Transportation failure due to foreign matter on the document path.
Foreign matter on the surface of the Pre Regi Roll and Regi Roll.
Wear on the surface of the Pre Regi Roll and Regi Roll.
The DADF Regi Sensor (DC330 [005-110]) for operation failure. (PL 57.5)
The DADF Feed Motor (DC330 [005-002]) for operation failure. (PL 57.12)
The DADF Regi Motor (DC330 [005-012]) for operation failure. (PL 57.12)
The DADF T/A Clutch (DC330 [005-063]) for operation failure. (PL 57.13)
The Drive Gear for wear and damage.
The Timing Belt for skipped teeth.
The amount of grease at the Pulley and Gear.
If no problem is found, replace the DADF PWB. (PL 57.4)
