- Motor Driver Sub PWB J522-B4 Pin 与 J522-B6 Pin
- Motor Driver Sub PWB J522-B5 Pin 与 J522-B7 Pin
· Fusing Unit Drive Motor (DC330) 是否操作不良。(PL 3.1)
· Exit 1 Gate 是否操作不良( 包含Exit Gate Solenoid (DC330) 是否操作不良
)。(PL 17.5)
Exit Gate Solenoid 的线圈电阻： 约60 Ω ( 线圈温度为20 ℃时)
- Motor Driver Sub PWB J522-A7 Pin 与 J522-A8 Pin
· Invert Roll 及Pinch Roll 的脏污、磨损、因劣化而输送不良。
· Fusing Unit Exit Chute 的安装不良或变形。
· 驱动齿轮的磨损。
· 纸张路径的异物导致输送不良。
· 使用规格外纸张。
检查后若无问题，则依序更换下列零件。
· Motor Driver Main PWB (PL 18.2)
· Motor Driver Sub PWB (PL 18.2)
